A Leadership Council governs the Network and oversees its ongoing development and program work. The Leadership Council is comprised of Working Members who have demonstrated a commitment to the Network, its goals and values by attending at least one gathering, serving on a PCN committee, and/or coordinating a PCN project. The full Council meets via monthly conference calls and an annual retreat to: assess the mission and long-term strategy achievement; guide programming; develop annual budgets and oversee organizational development and fundraising.
